3. Minimum Payout Threshold: Payments will be issued directly on the 1st of each month, with no minimum payout threshold.
4. Payment Method: All payments will be made via PayPal email address provided by the affiliate during registration.
5. Qualified Sales: A sale will be deemed qualified when it is completed through a customer clicking on the affiliate’s unique tracking link and making a purchase on our website.
6. Cookie Duration: The affiliate’s tracking cookie will remain active for 60 days. Any purchases made by the referred customer within this period will be eligible for commission.
7. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of spamming, fraudulent activities, or unethical marketing practices to promote our products.
8. Promotional Materials: Affiliates are provided with approved marketing materials, including banners, text links, and promotional content, for use in their promotional efforts. Any unauthorized use of our branding or materials is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by us.
10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
